6 homemade remedies for flatulence

Flatulence is a common digestive problem that is often caused by constipation, food allergies or other, more serious disorders.

This is not the same as a disease, but can often be so unpleasant that you have to see a doctor to get control of the symptoms.

The air is formed when a certain type of bacteria finds its way into the intestines. These usually consist of hydrogen, carbon dioxide and methane, which are the cause of the odor, and may also contain sulfur in some cases.

When the intestines are healthy and fresh, very little air  is produced and it is usually easy to get rid of it. If, on the other hand, you struggle with digestion, this may be due to an accumulation of bacteria in the intestines, which leads to foul-smelling air and can eventually become so serious that you want to avoid social gatherings.

It is perfectly normal to have this problem, but it can be very troublesome. In today’s article we will look at 6 homemade  remedies for flatulence.
